Our area has an average of 232 days of sunshine per year where outdoor activities are easily done. You have many opportunities to serve in your club activities, District activities, such as the Sports Extravaganza for the visually impaired, Camp New Horizon for Diabetics, and many other activities such as Julian C. Hyer Youth Camp for students from around the world who spend a month seeing what Texas is all about.
